so, I managed to fix it by telling it I needed to change my phone number. I used the Google voice app to get a new phone number. it then emailed me a verification code which let me log in, and then I was able to change my phone number back in the app directly. I got text messages through the Google voice number no problem. Go to Settings (gear icon) > Applications > Applications Manager > Running tab. Scroll down until you find the DoorDash app and tap on it. Click Stop or Force Stop App to close the app. Return to your Home screen. Find and relaunch the DoorDash app. Uninstall and Reinstall Doordash Dasher app. In the Dasher app, you can easily switch between pay going directly to the DasherDirect card, or to your direct deposit account (with or without fast pay enabled). I wouldn't have signed up except for the 10% gas cash back. Now that I have it I'll probably use it for the regular 2% gas cash back since it's pretty easy to use.

I don't think you get it at the pump. Also, don't you have to have the upside app for it to work? I know when I use upside, it doesn't work at the pump, but you do get the money back.
